Childbirth Education Classes at Crozer-Keystone Health System

Childbirth Preparation Classes
Prepared childbirth classes cover non-medicated methods of pain relief as well as medications, anesthesia and other medical procedures. All classes are held at the Davis House on the Crozer main campus in Upland, Pa.
Wednesdays or Thursdays, four weeks

DCMH Birth Package: Labor Day, Therapies for Labor and Baby Beginnings
More affordable as a package but may also be taken individually. Scheduling is flexible so that they may all be taken either in four evening sessions or two day/night sessions. We recommend that you complete the programs one month before your baby is expected.
Labor Day
This program teaches you everything you need to know about labor and delivery at DCMH, such as signs of labor, when to call your provider, pain medicine and epidurals, and much more. Please choose one session from the list below.

Labor Therapies/Labor Blitz

Baby Beginnings
This program covers how to choose a pediatrician, making a feeding choice (breast or bottle), how to tell if baby is sick, how to soothe a fussy baby, and how to help baby sleep through the night. Please choose one session from the list below.
