Delco Cruisers Deliver Toys, Good Cheer to Crozer’s Pediatric Patients

Delco Cruisers

The Delco Cruisers visit Crozer-Chester Medical
Center bringing lots of toys and holiday cheer.

On Dec. 7, 2013, the Delco Cruisers visited Crozer-Chester Medical Center as part of the group’s sixth annual “Cruise for Kids.” Members of the organization dressed up as Santa, Mrs. Claus and elves to help deliver hundreds of toys to pediatric patients at the medical center. Representatives from the Responders motorcycle group, Delaware County Motorcycle Riders, Brandywine Riders and FedEx also assisted with the event.

Participants drove dozens of classic cars and motorcycles onto the grounds of the medical center. The visitors delivered toys to patients in the Pediatrics and Adolescent Psychiatry units.

The Delco Cruisers is a family-oriented, all-inclusive car club, without restriction to year or make of vehicle. The group aims to do charitable work within the community, interact with neighboring car clubs and promote inter-club shows and cruises. Visit for more information.
