CKHS Introduces ‘Paperless Pay’ for Employees
In an effort to become more environmentally friendly and to save paper, the Crozer-Keystone Health System will no longer distribute paper pay stubs to employees beginning in mid-September. Instead, employees will be able to view their pay statement information online.
While one of the benefits to the new system is certainly “going green,”another is the capability to view a pay stub at any time from any computer or mobile device. The information previously available on the paper pay stubs, including vacation hours and sick time, will also be available online.
In order to view electronic pay stubs, employees must first set up their account by logging on to www.my-estub.com. All employees already have a username to log in. The username is the 10 digit “CKHS” number that is located in the upper left hand corner of the paper pay stub, plus the first four letters of the employee’s first name. A password has already been created for employees as well – CKHS001. Once logged in, employees will have the opportunity to change this password.
Employees can contact Hank Deal, Disbursements director for Crozer-Keystone, at firstname.lastname@example.org. The health system’s vendor, Paperless Pay Corporation, also operates a support line: 800-489-1711.
