Crozer-Keystone Recognizes Lung Cancer Awareness Month
Crozer-Keystone Health System planned a range of free activities in November, which was Lung Cancer Awareness Month, to raise awareness and provide education about lung cancer and how it can be prevented and treated. Educational programs with spirometry screenings were held throughout the month at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Taylor Hospital, Springfield Hospital and the Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake.
In addition, Crozer-Keystone worked with several local governments – including Springfield, Concord Township and Chester – to have them recognize November as Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
