Learn More about the Heritage Circle and How to Benefit Crozer-Keystone through Your Estate Planning

The Heritage Circle represents a unique group of individuals who, through thoughtful and generous gift planning, have made a sound investment in quality healthcare for future generations. These donors are dedicated to the health of those who live and work in our community.

We can help you explore the opportunity estate planning provides as a way to support the mission of the hospitals of the Crozer-Keystone Health System while ensuring your family’s financial security.

Preparing an estate plan does not need to be cumbersome or complicated. Here are four simple steps to help you get started:

  • Gather information about your assets, including retirement funds, bank accounts, real property etc.
  • Think about the people and organizations that mean the most to you and how you would like to provide for them.
  • Identify an individual who can serve as your executor.
  • Meet with an estate planning professional. If you do not have an attorney in mind, your local Bar Association can make a referral or our staff can find a referral for you.

Including the Crozer-Chester or Delco Memorial Foundation in your estate plans is a commitment to the future of our hospital.  Members of our Heritage Circle are among our most dedicated supporters and have our gratitude as well as that of those we care for.  If you would like additional information, call the Foundation offices at (610) 447-6175 or visit http://give.crozer.org.
