Stanley Josue, M.D., Named Director of Taylor/Springfield Hospitalist Program

Stanley Josue, M.D., has been named director of the Hospitalist Program for Taylor and Springfield Hospitals.

Josue is board-certified in internal medicine, specializing in hospital medicine. He partners with many of the primary care providers in the area as part of a comprehensive teamwork approach to medicine. He joined the medical staff of Taylor Hospital in 2007. 

“It’s an honor to have been named director of the hospitalist program, and I look forward to the professional and clinical challenges my new role will bring,” Josue says. “Taylor and Springfield Hospitals are committed to providing excellent care to their patients. As the new director, I plan on carrying out that commitment by working closely with my team to ensure that our patients are receiving the best possible care.”

Josue earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, where he also completed his internal medicine residency and internship. While studying at NYU, he was a Jonas Salk Scholar.

The Taylor/Springfield Hospitalist Program is composed of physicians who provide round-the-clock hospital care to patients who require hospitalization at Taylor and Springfield Hospitals. Taylor and Springfield’s hospitalists are all board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine and are available to deliver in-hospital patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
