Michael Stanley, M.D., Named Chief of Neurosurgery at Crozer

Michael Stanley, M.D., was recently named chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, succeeding Leonard Hirsh, M.D. 

A board-certified neurosurgeon, Stanley earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati in Neurological Surgery.

In addition to his duties as chief, Stanley will continue to see patients as part of the Neurosurgical Practice Associates office. He specializes in minimally invasive intracranial and spinal surgery, including the treatment of brain tumors and spinal instability.

Stanley was named a 2010 Top Doc in Neurology in Main Line Today magazine.
