Internal Medicine Residents Earn Poster Awards

Residents from Crozer-Keystone’s Internal Medicine Residency Programs earned awards at the recent Southeast Pennsylvania American College of Physicians Poster Competition.
Crozer-Keystone residents received:
- Second place in the Case Vignette category for “Parvovirus induced collapsing FSGS” (Yuvraj Sharma, M.D.)
- Second place in the Quality Improvement category for “House staff efficiency at ordering VTE prophylaxis”(Harsh Patel, M.D., Keshav Parthasarathy, M.D., Vamshi Kaveti, M.D., Arun Reddy, M.D., Deepika Kalisetti, M.D. and Nisha Patel, M.D.)
- Third place in the Quality Improvement category for “Assessment of the appropriateness of PRBC transfusion in Crozer-Chester Medical Center” (Linet Lonapan, M.D., Saurabh Bansal, M.D., Shawn Flynn, D.O., Sharma, Pankaj Jawa, M.D. and Shalini Verma, M.D.).
