The cost for this class is $30.00

 

When taken as part of the package, which includes these three classes: Labor Day, Labor Therapies and Baby Beginnings, the cost is $75.

Description

Labor Therapies is designed for mom and her birth partner. You will attend class together and actively take part in exercise and practice. This class will teach you:

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Role of the labor support person
  • Coping with each phase of labor
