Robert Haffey, MBA, MSN, RN
Robert Haffey, MBA, M.S.N., R.N., is Crozer-Keystone Health System's Chief Nursing Officer.
Haffey brings a wealth of nursing leadership experience to Crozer-Keystone. He most recently served as the chief nurse executive with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System – Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. During his time with Memorial Herman, Haffey also served as an adjunct professor of Nursing Systems at the University of Texas. He previously held a number of leadership positions, including chief nursing officer and vice president of Acute Care Services, at Pennsylvania Hospital, part of the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
Pennsylvania Hospital is also where Haffey began his career; for nearly 10 years, he was a staff nurse, critical care supervisor and nursing director in critical care units at the hospital. His experience also includes serving as chief executive officer at both SemperCare Hospital of Lancaster and Select Specialty Hospital of Philadelphia.
Haffey earned his bachelor’s degree at Temple University and his master’s in Nursing at LaSalle University. He earned his MBA at Eastern University and completed an Academic Medicine Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, American College of Healthcare Executives and American Nurses Association.
