Patient Representative Program
Crozer-Keystone Health System's Patient Representatives are there to assist patients when they need someone to:
- Advocate for them
- Listen
- Provide support or help
- Respond to a complaint
- Explain hospital policies and procedures
- Help in a crisis

Patient Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
