2018 Benefits and Wellness

Crozer-Keystone Health System offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Our employee benefits package is designed to cover many of life’s most concerning contingencies – health care, prescription drugs, dental treatment, loss of income through disability insurance, family financial protection, and more. Click on the 2018 Employee Benefits Guide below for details. The Healthy Prospects wellness program promotes and supports wellness. Participate in Healthy Prospects in 2018 and earn savings on your 2019 medical premium rate.

All eligible newly hired employees must enroll online at www.benefitsolver.com to elect or waive benefits and present acceptable original dependent verification documents to Human Resources within 31 days of your hire date. Newly eligible employees who do not enroll online within 31 days are automatically enrolled in the EPO Medical Plan and pay the tobacco rate for the remainder of the calendar year.

Employees who experience a qualifying event status change or life event, such as marriage, the birth of a baby, gain or loss of other coverage, etc. must enroll online at www.benefitsolver.com, provide acceptable documentation confirming the event, and present original dependent verification documents to Human Resources within 31 days of the event.

Five medical options, two dental plans, plus prescription drug and vision benefits add up to generous coverage for you and your family - in sickness and in health. Our medical plans provide up to 100% coverage for many services when you use Crozer-Keystone facilities and Tier 1 Crozer-Keystone providers (copays and deductible may apply), plus a wide range of preventive benefits. Fill your prescriptions in the Crozer-Keystone Employee Pharmacy and pay the lowest copays.

Learn how the Healthy Prospects Wellness Program can help you improve your overall health. Complete three steps in 2018 and pay the 2019 Wellness Participant medical premium rate.

Financial Protection

Recognizing the importance of financial protection in the event of illness, injury, or even death, your benefits include fully paid basic life and accidental death coverage. Eligible employees may also purchase optional term life and accidental death coverage for you, your spouse, and/or your children. Your benefits include long-term disability benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees may purchase coverage). Eligible employees may select an optional long-term disability benefit enhancement and short-term disability to round out your benefits package.
