That’s why Crozer-Keystone Health System offers Crozer-Keystone Choices, a comprehensive benefit package that gives our benefit eligible employees the power to design a benefit package that meets their unique and diverse needs.
Health and Wellness
A variety of medical options, two dental plans, plus prescription drug and vision benefits add up to generous coverage for you and your family - in sickness and in health. Our medical plans provide up to 100% coverage for many services when you use Crozer-Keystone facilities and Tier 1 Crozer-Keystone providers (copays may apply), plus a wide range of preventive benefits. Fill your prescriptions in the Crozer-Keystone Employee Pharmacy and pay the lowest copays.
Recognizing the importance of financial protection in the event of illness, injury, or even death, Choices includes basic life and accidental death, and business travel coverage. Eligible employees can also purchase optional term and whole life, accidental death, critical illness, and long term care coverage. Choices includes long term disability benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees may purchase coverage). Eligible employees may select an optional long term disability benefit enhancement and short term disability to round out your benefit package.

All benefit-eligible employees must enroll online during the 2017 Open Enrollment period, which will be held from Oct. 18 to Nov. 4, 2016. Employee meetings will be held the week of Oct. 17 and Benefit Fairs will be held at each CKHS hospital the week of Oct. 24. Check your home mailbox in October for details about these events and the new Crozer-Keystone benefit options that will be effective on January 1, 2017.
