About the Contest
Children and adults are invited to show off their creativity with a seasonal-themed design (Summer, Spring, Fall or Winter). Useful information on stroke can be found on the National Stroke Association’s website (www.stroke.org).
All winning designs will be featured on a 2016 calendar that will be mass-produced and distributed throughout the community.
Each winner will have the choice of a $100 cash prize or a pizza party for their work unit/department. Honorable mention winners will receive a $50 cash prize.
This is meant to be a creative, fun and educational project. Staff, children and family members are welcome to design and submit a project.
Submit entries by Friday, November 13, 2015 to Gregory Cuculino, M.D. , chairman of Emergency Medicine at Taylor Hospital and Delaware County Memorial Hospital via interoffice mail or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
