Crozer Wellness Center

Crozer Wellness Center is a school-based health center established in 1995 through a partnership between Crozer-Keystone Health System and the Chester Upland School District. The Crozer Wellness Center provides primary care and other health services to children and teens living in and around the City of Chester.

Crozer Wellness Center has a strong presence in the Chester community, providing a wide range of in-class and out-of-school programs aimed at building the current and potential strengths of youth as a way to decrease participation in health-compromising behavior. Crozer Wellness Center also provides leadership, advocacy and capacity-building on youth development issues via the Chester Youth Collaborative, a city-wide initiative led and coordinated by the Crozer Wellness Center.
