Crozer-Keystone’s Senior Health Services Department offers free lectures on various health topics. These lecture series offer older adults an opportunity to learn important health related information. They include topics such as “Medication Management” and instruct seniors on ways to navigate the “Medicare Maze” of information on numerous insurance plans. The Lecture Series also offers seniors tips on how to partner with their health care providers in managing their own health and provide participants with strategies in promoting good emotional and physical well being.
