The Center for Diabetes offers comprehensive classes to help patients understand pre-diabetes. The health care team works with you to teach them how to balance their care and provides a clear understanding of pre-diabetes.

Registration is closed.

Program participants are required to have a referral form from their physician.

There is a $25.00 fee for this class.

Description

Pre-Diabetes is a form of diabetes which occurs before the diagnosis of diabetes is made. Blood sugar levels are above normal but not yet at the diabetic levels. Education is provided on diabetes, exercise and proper nutrition.
