Crozer-Keystone Health System is dedicated to reducing heart disease, vascular disease and stroke in the communities we serve. That is why we are proud to offer comprehensive “Cardiovascular Day” health fairs at four of our hospitals. Each of these events will offer free glucose/cholesterol screenings, blood pressure screenings, stroke risk assessments and healthy information and activities provided by a range of Crozer-Keystone departments.
The event will take place in Meeting Rooms A & C at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Health Fair from 11 a.m. to noon. Heart Health Lunch and Learn will be offered at noon featuring a DCMH cardiologist. Lunch will be provided to all participants.
