Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of treatment developed specifically to help people deal with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

Calling ahead is not necessary unless you have specific questions. All cases are served on a first come first serve basis.

We accept most major insurances. If you are uninsured, we have staff available to help you through the medical assistance application process.

If the above times do not meet your needs, please call us.

Please bring all of the following that apply when you come for intake:

  • Picture ID
  • Insurance cards
  • Social Security card
  • Custody or guardianship documents
  • Hospital/partial discharge instructions
  • List of medications
  • Financial information needed if using sliding fee scale
  • Current and past treatment information

The initial intake process can be lengthy and can take up to two and a half hours. In addition, there may be an additional wait during busier times to see a clinician. Please be patient with us as we serve all our patients. We will continually look to improve our process to meet the individuals needs.
