Parking Options

Crozer-Chester Medical Center offers convenient parking options for patients and visitors.

Garage Two
  • Located on Medical Center Boulevard, past Garage I
  • Open daily for self-parking, 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Upland Avenue Garage
  • Located near the Emergency Department and Bertram Speare Outpatient Pavilion. It can be accessed by turning onto East Drive from Upland Avenue, the street that runs in front of the medical center
  • Open daily, 24-hours-a-day, for self-parking. This garage is recommended for patients coming to Outpatient Registration and all outpatient services, such as the Emergency Department and Radiology.
Valet Parking

Valet parking is available near the Professional Office Buildings and Crozer Regional Cancer Center Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Cars are not parked after 4:30 p.m.

No valet service is offered on weekends and holidays. There is no additional charge for valet service, and tipping is not expected. If you are exiting after hours, contact Security at 610-447-2888.

Visiting Hours

While we realize that spending time with family and friends can be an enjoyable part of your day, your speedy recovery is our primary concern. Visiting hours vary from unit to unit. If a family member's visiting time cannot be accommodated during these hours, please call 610-447-6317 to discuss your special needs with your nurse or patient representative.

Medical/Surgical Units

11 a.m.-8 p.m.

The Center for Rehabilitation

3:15 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. (caregiver)

Please note: Caregiver hours are set aside to allow time for observation of, and participation in therapies for those people who will be assisting you after discharge. Individuals visiting patients during these times will be asked to take an active role in your therapy session.

Pediatrics

11 a.m.-8 p.m. for general visiting

Please Note: Two visitors permitted in room at a time. Siblings must be with an adult at all times.

Maternity

* 4-8 p.m., General visitation; children under 16 must be siblings of the newborn and are not permitted to visit during flu season.

Any time, father of the baby or support person. (Crozer can accommodate over night stays for one person only.)

* Our general visiting hours are based on a Family Centered Maternity Care model that fosters a strong mother-baby bond and helps mom remain focused on her task at hand—taking care of her new baby!

Please note: There is a limit of two visitors per patient, in addition to the father or support person.

Adult Psychiatry

Daily, 7:00 p.m.-8 p.m.

Additional visiting hours from 1:00 p.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Closed Unit (ground floor)

Tuesday and Thursday, 7 p.m.-8 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday, 1 p.m.-2 p.m.

Adolescent Psychiatry

Monday through Sunday 6 p.m.-7 p.m.

Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Care Unit, Cardiovascular Care Unit and Burn Treatment Center

12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.; 4-6 p.m.; and 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Please note: Two visitors permitted in room at a time. Immediate family only. 30 minute maximum.

Dining Options

The Atrium

Your visitors may enjoy a cup of special coffee or a variety of hot and cold meal selections in our Atrium, which is located on the first floor near the North elevators.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Cafeteria

Our employee cafeteria, located on the ground floor near the South elevators, also serves your visitors. Patients cannot be served in the cafeteria.

Hours:

Monday through Friday

Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Continental breakfast - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Lunch - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
