CKHS Biggest Winner 2013

Wellness Works members participating in the “Biggest Winner” contest that are not current Healthplex^® members will have the opportunity to maximize their weight loss by working out at the Healthplex^®. Non-members can enroll in a complimentary seven-week trial period that starts on Monday, May 13 and ends on Friday, June 28. In the best interest of the “Biggest Winner” contest, the Healthplex^® is able to make this offer with the intent that it may offer the participants the opportunity to experience the positive effects of an exercise program.

0. Complete the registration waiver and bring it to the Healthplex^® Sports Club the week of May 6 - May 13, 2013 to claim your complimentary trial pass. A Healthplex^® membership representative will make contact with you to let you know when your pass is ready.
