Advanced Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Completion of the 9-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program or similar training and approval by instructor and staff.
It can be difficult to sustain a regular mindfulness practice without classroom guidance and the support of a group. Practicing in community strengthens our commitment to mindfulness and empowers us to be mindful in our daily lives. This intensive will allow you to set aside the distractions and preoccupations of daily life and focus on developing your mindfulness skills.
Curt Woolford, MA, E-RYT
Curt began his personal meditation practice 25 years ago and has been teaching yoga, meditation, and tai chi for 15 years. He is a practitioner of yoga and mindfulness forms of meditation and is certified from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. With degrees in Philosophy and Educational Psychology, Curt brings a deep awareness of the learning process to his mindfulness instruction.
