Yoga at the Healthplex Sports Club Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines controlled breathing, relaxation and stretching exercises. It can improve your flexibility, range of motion, strength and balance.

Yoga is also credited with helping reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve heart function. There have been a number of studies showing that yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety as well as enhancing your mood and overall sense of wellbeing.
