Group Fitness 

The Healthplex® Sports Club offers an award-winning group fitness program to fit the goals, activity levels, and schedules of every club member with over 150 Free classes per week like Zumba, Red Hot Dance, BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Barre, Boot Camp and much more. 

Classes are held in the 5 fitness studios plus 3 NBA size basketball courts within the club. Also enjoy Free Small Group Training classes like TRX and Cardio Kick.
