Our Aquatic Staff offers private, semi-private and private small group instruction. Our instructors and trainers are certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association or a nationally recognized organization and also certified in CPR through the Red Cross.

Group Swim Class Descriptions
Parent-Tot Instructional Swim Classes are offered for children ages 6 months to 3 years old. Parent-Tot Classes prepare children for group lessons and area great beginning to their swimming education. Parents are given a chance to spend one-on-one moments with their child while teaching entry-level swim skills and safety. No previous water experience needed. Children explore the water through songs and games gaining confidence by participating with a trusted adult.
Pre-School (ages 3-5):
Pre-school swim lessons are for children’s first swimming experience without a parent in the water with them. This class will be focusing on adjusting to the water and gaining confidence while learning floating, kicking, blowing bubbles, going under water and paddling all with the assistance of a swim instructor.
Tadpoles (ages 3-6):
This is a beginner level class for children. No necessary water experience necessary. This class will focus on water adjustment, front/back float, paddle and gliding and personal water safety.
Guppy (ages 4-7):
Children entering a Guppy class should be comfortable swimming with their face in the water. Guppy is an advance beginner class that will introduce rhythmic breathing and stroke development.
Minnow (ages 6-10):
Children entering a Minnow class should be able to swim 1 length of the pool. In this level, strokes are refined and endurance increased. Beginners backstroke and breaststroke will be introduced.
