With two pools — a heated activity pool and a separate six-lane lap pool — the Aquatics program at the Healthplex® offers something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a rigorous cardio workout, a gentle water workout, swimming lessons for the kids, a Master’s Swim program, or just the chance to keep fit by swimming laps, you can find it all in our comprehensive aquatics program.
Exercising in the water is excellent for overall toning, as well as increased flexibility and energy. The natural resistance of water allows you to obtain cardiovascular, flexibility, and muscle-toning benefits without excess strain on your joints and muscles.
Our aquatic instructors and trainers are certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association or a nationally recognized organization and also certified in CPR through the Red Cross.
