We offer something for every age, interest, and activity level (beginner to advanced). All programs are led by certified and highly trained professional fitness instructors.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
A 9-week program in proven stress management practices: Stress affects all of us - physically, mentally, and emotionally. What if there was a proven technique to reduce stress and increase wellness? This is where Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can help. World wide, tens of thousands of people have completed the MBSR program. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is supported by over two decades of research. During this program you will develop critical life-long stress management skills that have proven to reduce stress, improve health, and increase quality of life. Programs offered by the Healthplex® Wellness Center are designed for people with limited exercise experience or those in transition from hospital-based outpatient care (such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, etc.) to an independent exercise program. Increase joint flexibility and muscle tone in our heated therapy pool. Rebuild your strength after joint-replacement surgery. Improve your cardiovascular health on our treadmills and exercise bikes. Enhance your balance, flexibility, and strength with resistance training.
Our group fitness classes are designed to add challenge and variety to your workout routine. Get your heart pumping in a cycling or cardioblast class. Melt away tension, firm up your core, and increase flexibility in a yoga or mat Pilates class. Improve total body conditioning with kettlebell training or kick boxing.

CPR Certification Course
This American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) course is intended for the healthcare provider course. It is designed to teach CPR for use on infants, children, and adults. The course also trains participants how to use an Automatic External Defibulator (AED), as well as how to provide relief to a choking victim in a safe and timely manner.
